How we work


Through our network of contacts and by auction we purchase properties where we can add value. The property doesn't have to be run down but needs to be able to have value added. If you have a property you are interested in selling we would be very happy to visit and offer you a free valuation - you would save on agency fees and we may be prepared to pay your reasonable legal fees.

We will buy with cash funds:

  • Properties with short leases

  • Unmortgageble property

  • Land with/ without planning

  • Property requiring complete modernisation

  • Where quick sales are required

  • Freehold blocks with planning opportunities

  • Rental portfolios

Through our experience and understanding of the local market and planning rules we will work with our architects and designers to optimise the property and achieve permissions depending on the target market and whether it is to be retained or sold.


Using our team of sub-contractors we will implement the plans quickly and efficiently using our regular suppliers for materials where we can make considerable trade savings and ensure quality for the target audience. We work with the local councils, Gas Safe, FENSA and NICEIC to certify all works.

If the property is to be let we will furnish with stylish fittings and use our sister company to find tenants and manage the property using a rent guarantee scheme. This ensures suitable professional tenants and control over the day-to-day running of the investment.

We will liase with local agency contacts to ensure the property is marketed as best it can and sold to a good buyer at a good price who can proceed quickly to completion.
